Hotel accomodation The participants of the conference receive a special reduction in five hotels in Leuven. This special reduction is only valid until April 30th 2006. Participants have to book their own hotel accomodation and applications will be processed by the hotel on a first come, first served basis. The number of rooms available for the conference is indicated.
*please mention on registration form "Performance 2006" The Begijnhof Congres hotel is a four-star deluxe hotel with fabulous rooms with exclusive surroundings. It is pleasantly situated close to Leuven's 13 th century Grand Beguinage and to the Faculty Club (the conference venue). The rooms are cozy, have color TV, radio and telephone and offer a beautiful view at the gardens and the many picturesque houses of the Grand Beguinage. Hotel New Damshire is located in the heart of Leuven. The historical centre, the nightlife and shopping centre are at walking distance from the hotel. In the evening you can enjoy a drink in the bar and in the morning there is an extensive breakfast buffet. The Ibis hotel offers rooms with private bathroom with shower, a cosy small bar and professional staff. Everything is easily accessible within a few minutes walk. The Institute is situated in its own grounds with beautiful gardens. All rooms have a bathroom en-suite with shower and w/c. Laundry, towels, soap etc are provided. All rooms have telephones with direct dialling facilities, message recording and wake up call.
