Omschrijving

De KU Leuven (Instituut voor de Overheid in samenwerking met LINC en het Instituut voor Gerechtelijk Recht) is partner van het Europese project 'Menu for justice. Toward a European curriculum studiorum on justice studies'. Dit partnerschap omvat een 50-tal instellingen in 30 landen.

De bedoeling van het project is om alle fasen van het rechtenonderwijs (bachelor, master, PhD, professionele opleiding) in een 30-tal Europese landen in kaart te brengen en te analyseren om zo te komen tot een voorstel voor een nieuw curriculum 'Justice Studies'".
