- Prof. dr. Annie Hondeghem is a specialist in public personnel
policy, including policy on equal opportunities.
- She is the coordinator at the university of Leuven of
the policy research centre Policy
Research Centre - Governmental organization in Flanders,
which is a research programme commissioned by the Flemish
government.
- At the Public Management Institute she is also responsible
for the programmes in continuing education in public management.
She is involved in several training programmes in management,
personnel management and leadership in public organisations.
She is the coordinator of the Public Management Programme,
which is a training programme for high potentials of the
federal administration.
- She has expertise in supporting processes of organizational
development.
- She is co-director of the Permanent Study Group on
