Research: Reorganising the judicial landscape in Belgium (2009)

Description

The purpose of this research project is twofold. Firstly, the proposals for the reorganisation of the judicial landscape in Belgium that were drawn up by the Public prosecutors and the Supreme counsel for the Judiciary will be analysed critically in search of similarities. Secondly, based upon this analysis a structural methodology for change management will be developed. The research focuses on subjects as reorganisation, scale enlargement and the autonomization of the judicial organisations.
