Milan meeting 2006

Focus
 
In keeping with the new three year research programme that was introduced at the Ljubljana conference, we will proceed with studying "the future of public employment". Three subthemes will be considered at the Milan conference. First, public service motivation is further explored, studying the incidence, the effect and its theoretical foundations. Second, the identity of public servants will be linked to both cultures and the development of hybrid organizations. Finally, the third sub-theme is focused on the consequences of the two former on HR-practices. .
