Focus
 
The theme of the conference builded on work presented within the Study Group at EGPA’s two previous conferences in Vaasa 2001 and Potsdam 2002. The findings of the Group have indicated that administrative reforms are being introduced in a range of public services across Europe, in a variety of ways. These reforms, sometimes referred to as modernisation, are affecting how public work is organised, how public servants are managed and rewarded, and how public services are being delivered.
