Cost reimbursement rules

• 21 april 2009 (for cost-cripo partners and invited researchers and practitioners)

COST Reimbursement

Participants are eligible for reimbursement of part of their costs by COST under the following conditions

• they are part of the member institutions of the COST-CRIPO action
• their participation is approved by the Action Chair
• Costs for:
• travel,
• hotel accommodation. Possible the night before (19 april) the night between the two days (20 april) and the night after the meeting (21 april).
• meals
• the usual cost reimbursement rules apply (see pdf). The complete reimbursement rules are to be found here (see pdf)
• the application for cost reimbursement will be available through the website and at the meeting. The application should be submitted at the meeting to the coordinator (Koen Verhoest or Jürgen Spanhove).
