The Database contains all the bilateral and multilateral treaties or agreements concluded by the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC), and the former European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), and those concluded under the Treaty on European Union. Agreements signed but not yet in force are identified by an asterisk (*).
The Database does not include the “founding treaties” of the European Union or other agreements concluded between the Member States of the European Union.
From this page you can access the basic legal texts on which the
European Union and the European Communities are founded: the founding
Treaties (original versions and later updatings), the amending Treaties,
the Accession Treaties for each of the six enlargements, plus other
essential documents.

The Journal of Public Policy applies social science theories and concepts to significant political, economic and social issues and to the ways in which public policies are made. Its articles deal with topics of concern to public policy scholars in America, Europe, Japan and other advanced industrial nations. The journal often publishes articles that cut across disciplines, such as environmental issues, international political economy, regulatory policy and European Union processes.
