Dr. Karin Slegers

Karin Slegers has a master in Cognitive Psychology and specialized in Cognitive Ergonomics during her studies. She received a PhD from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) in the combined area of Cognitive Aging and Human Computer Interaction. She has worked as a senior user researcher for Vodafone Group R&D from 2006 until 2008, where she worked on generative user research in order to develop new, innovative mobile services. Her interests are related to the work fields of user-centred design methods, generative and creative user research methods, early user involvement in innovation processes, user-centred design for users with disabilities, etc.
