Courses

To put it briefly, the IMPALLA programme focuses on (1) social policy, (2) statistics and research methodology skills and (3) evaluation. The programme covers 60 credits and the distribution of credits over the different courses gives an idea of the importance and workload for each course. After the levelling up courses (8 credits), the social policy courses count for 13 of the 60 programme credits, statistcs and methodology courses for another 13, and evaluation courses for 10 of the 60 credits. The tailpiece of the programme is the dissertation, with 16 credits.
